I used to love the brand. Owned a big pilot and a limited JC aquatimer. I sold both bc I felt that the brand was losing its soul. And imho I feel like that’s what happens when a brand gets bought by a conglomerate and puts profits before history and heritage. I still love their iconic designs though
I mean either one would be a dream watch. For me of all the modern 5270 my favorite is the 5270p salmon. But this green is out of this world. So I would probably go for the 5270 with green dial. Good luck. And pls post once you have one of these beauties. Bc you really can’t go wrong here.
Anything before my birth year is vintage. Anything after until I could actually afford anything is neo vintage. Everything else is new. This works for me. But on a serious note I do agree it’s nice to have some definitions. As long as they aren’t fixed in time.
